Top Shelf Property Management

We've just gotten the keys to our new home and Top Shelf Property was amazing through the entire process! From the start of the application to handing over the keys, my family and I were communicated with the entire way. We were shown respect and flexibility with trying to move as quickly as possible. Dawn was our property management contact who was extremely thorough during the walk through. She put me at ease with her personable demenor while going through every room of the home. Overall we are so happy and Blessed to have found this company!

Top Shelf was everything I needed in a property management company. Kathy is wonderful! I appreciated her quick response to all complication and was so helpful with my questions. I will be sure to use Top Shelf for any future property management needs.

The woman behind this company is truly amazing and easy to work with. She is quick in responding to her tenants, and will always try her best to accommodate you. The application process was fast and easy. Everything felt hassle free. An inspection and walk through was done before accepting keys. They make sure you are satisfied. I am thankful and grateful that I chose this company to be my landlord and a place to call home for me and my children. The houses are up to date and clean. You will not regret choosing this company.
