1-Star Review of Top Notch Plumbing
I have to use this guy because my management company does. First appointment, he completely forgot about. Called 20 min after he was supposed to arrive and he couldn't even remember the issue we had discussed just a few days prior. He did manage to make it later that day but how he acted like I was supposed to be grateful about that irked me when he wasn't professional enough to even remember the original appointment we made and discussed twice. Unfortunately the problem wasn't fixed (admittedly not his fault) so called the management company again. Several days pass and I hear nothing. Call management company a third time. Finally plumber gets back to me. Says he can come that very day and seems shocked when I tell him I can't cause I'm at work. He tells me to text him my info and he'll let me know later. Well later has happened and to nobody's shock I haven't heard back. Guess I'll be making a fourth call to the management company. If I had a choice I would never use this guy, no idea why the management company does
