Great community. I grew up in a couple homes in this community. It has a public tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court and grassy field for the kids and family to hang out. There is a pool that people can enjoy during the summer time that is well kept and has a lifeguard on duty. Location is closest to Sisters than any other housing community and houses are not Blackbutte expensive

Quiet, peaceful and and wonderful respite from Portland city life. The Ponderosa Pines blowing in the breeze - ahhhhh! People are friendly and the common areas are clean and well maintained. Will return again and again!
