Tony and his team handled our sale with consummate professionalism, courtesy and most importantly: very experienced knowledge. We had a very difficult situation; An older house with lots of "charm"; needing a ton of upgrades. Located in a very desirable neighbourhood, it also had the problem of being on a very busy road. Tony spent a lot of time with us deciding on price, staging, supervising the photo session and holding our hand through the whole process. He really knew the market and kept us realistic. He and his team always got back to us immediately. The bewildering amount of forms and paperwork was handled with extraordinary expertise by office manager Heidi, who is a true treasure. Tony's guidance through the unbelievably strange last month was something that should be taught in Real Estate courses. Let's just say that we were thrown a lot of curve balls...while riding a roller coaster...and juggling chain saws. He negotiated us to a satisfactory sale when we though all was lost. If I could, I'd add a couple of stars in each of the above categories.
