TLC Management

The staff here are wonderful! They answered all of our questions promptly and worked with all of our requests. Most of our paperwork was done out of state and it was still very easy to complete. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

TLC is great to work with!! They are prompt to response to any questions or any needs. Very courteous and professional. I’ve been living in one of their properties and their customer service is exceptional! Had a recent AC issue and they handled the issue flawlessly for me, and within an amazing timeframe. Honestly the best team, Rebecca is fast and courteous and just such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!! Update! I appreciate how flawless you all are with work orders. I am grateful for how easy it is to work with you. I would like to comment on your vendor Mr. Cardenas, he does a wonderful job. He’s professional, courteous, respectful and leaves no trace behind. You all have an amazing team!

Such a great experience from start to finish. Paulette started off as our property manager and took amazing care of us. Being in the military and stationed outside of Yuma makes having a rental stressful. Not with Paulette and TLC Management. She made several suggestions on how to beat get our house rented and hesitantly we followed. Thanks to her suggestions and ability the house had several applicants and a tenant within 72 hours. Fast forward until 45 days ago when we decided to sell the house. Based on our previous relationship I trusted Paulette to handle the sale of the house. She did not disappoint! Thanks to her marketing and personal touch, the house had an offer and was under contract within 48 hours. I can’t recommend Paulette enough!
