I really like that they tell me where my car is on the maintenance schedule. Helps me to keep my car in good running order. They are friendly and take time with talking to me. I will continue to take my car to them.

I was traveling through Lexington recently, from out of state. I had new tires put on before leaving home. I felt some vibration on the highway, and had concern that the lug nuts might not be properly tightened. Mind you, the tire replacement had been done in my home state by a different tire business. I found the shop and stopped by, and explained my concern. Although they were very busy, the Manager agreed to assist. After a short 15 minute wait, they checked tires to ensure everything was OK. When complete, I asked how much I owed for their assistance. I was told, "no charge". If I need tires while traveling, I know where to get them, from a company who demonstrated customer service for this traveler!
