I recently toured Timberwood Memory Care in Albany and had such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt warm, welcoming, and peaceful. The staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about the care they provide. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond to create a safe, engaging, and supportive atmosphere. The facility was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed for memory care needs. I was very impressed with the level of compassion and professionalism I saw during my visit. It’s a beautiful place that families can feel confident trusting with their loved ones.

Timberwood Court Memory Care looks like a very well cared for and welcoming community. The building feels clean, calm, and thoughtfully set up for residents. Faith in the office was especially kind and helpful when I stopped by, even though she was clearly busy. She took a moment to chat and point me in the right direction, which I really appreciated.

The enrichment department has gone above and beyond to provide outstanding uplifting compation towards the residents and coworkers! This department is the highlight of this company. Would recommend for anyone in need or desire for a positive life experience!
