Tim Duncan Real Estate

My experience with Tim Duncan, Realtor was noteworthy. I needed to sell my brother's property and needed help with the best course of action and had a lot of questions. I received a postcard telling me a house nearby had been sold for a great price so I decided to call. From the moment I first spoke to Tim Duncan, I got clear and direct answers to my questions and got excellent advice, good suggestions for moving the process forward, at a time of year when few houses are marketed, much less sold. Once the house was ready, I received four offers the first week it was marketed and the house was sold and closed within two weeks due largely to their expertise and targeted marketing. They really are experts and I highly recommend them to anyone who is seriously interested in selling their property. My one regret is that I can't be a repeat customer. Honestly, they were great!

5 stars for good reason! Tim and his team were great to work with, always ready to help and gave fantastic recommendations throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and are so excited to start this journey as first time home buyers!! Thanks Tim and Jesse!!

Tim and his team of superstars have done an amazing job selling my moms house. Managing the sale via text, email and phone was a breeze! Customer service and communication have been stellar and the transaction very smooth! If you want to work with a professional team to list or sell; we highly recommend Tim and his team.
