I really appreciate the customer service that i received when i called Tillman's A/C Services to see can I get a quote on an A/C Unit, Brittany took care of me and sent someone out the same day thank you Brittany for getting me taking care of. Mr. Trayl arrived at my house told me his name and the company he was with and put on the the foot covers for his shoes so he would not track anything inside my house. He came in took his time and took his measurements of the inside unit and explained things to me that other service technicians from other a/c companies that I have used in the pasted didn't let me know about. I really appreciate him for his honesty and to let me know why my system that I have was working extra hard too cool my house and keep the air and heat in. We sat down to see what the best plan for me. He went over each planes and explained each one to me. I was definitely pleased with Trayl. He was definitely polite and very nice. I truly indeed appreciate the good customer service he gave me. Thank you so much!
