Ethan was so nice and welcoming. I was a bit terrified to even try it, but he makes you feel welcome and comfortable and explains everything you will experience in your session! He answered all of my questions and is extremely knowledgeable. Cryo was fast, effective and is an AWESOME way to get recovery in with a busy, active lifestyle. It was COLD, but goes by quickly and my body and muscles feel great. Very relaxed now and I can’t wait to do it again!

What a great 1st experience. Cryo Kalispell was very helpful and answered all my questions. The room was clean and bright, and you immediately feel comfortable. Overall the treatment experience was great, got to play my favorite tunes during therapy. Left feeling energized and will be coming back!
This was my first time doing Cryotherapy. It was a very cool experience. I also used the infrared sauna, which I like so much more than a steam sauna. My favorite experience was with the compression therapy boots. It was like a relaxing massage. The owner, Ethan was very kind. Overall great experience.
