Absolutely outstanding service! Brandon was fantastic from start to finish. Super friendly, professional, and great to work with. I called and they were able to come out the very same day, which was a huge help. Brandon showed up on time, got right to work, and knocked the job out quickly without cutting corners. The quality of the work was excellent, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. It’s hard to find people who still provide this kind of service. I have called on Thomas Garage Doors twice now; the first time was for a broken torsion spring that turned my garage door into an oversized paper weight. Tom replaced both springs in no time at all and he even came back and fine tuned everything. I appreciated Tom’s attention to detail and the fact that he uses high quality replacement parts. A few months later, the original 25 year old, chain driven door opener mechanism finally started to show the telltale signs that age was catching up with it, so I called Tom to have a new one installed. Branden showed up the next morning and he installed a new belt driven Liftmaster door opener mechanism in like an hour. This including repositioning the location of the new opener motor in relationship to the door itself. I couldn’t be happier with the new system and the fast, friendly and efficient service that I have received from both Tom and Branden.
