The Window Source of Lexington

We are thrilled with our new windows and we highly recommend The Window Source. Our Florida room had eleven very old, functionally limited, finger crushing, guillotine-style aluminum storm windows only. The Window Source replaced them with proper, easy to use double-hung windows. We should have done this years ago. The 30% tax credit in the Biden/Democrats' Inflation Reduction Act motivated us to replace them now. After such a positive experience with this company, we now plan on having the rest of the windows in our house replaced next year, or perhaps split up over the next couple of years in order to get more benefit from the tax credit (capped at $600 tax credit per year based on $2000 worth of window replacements). From start to finish, this was a very positive experience. From Don's estimate, Billy's measurement appointment and the install by Angus and Paul, we have zero complaints. All were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. We were told it might be 12-16 weeks after we paid half until the windows would be installed, so we were pleasantly surprised when they were installed after eight weeks. Angus was the main installer. His attention to detail and overall workmanship were exceptional. And zero complaints about the windows themselves so far. Easy to open, close, clean and from what I can tell, solidly made. The cost was very reasonable ($6935 for eleven windows) - not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but the best value in our opinion. I'm ready for 2024 to get here so we can replace more windows.

From the first phone call, to Angus handing us the keys to our new doors the team at The Window Source were GREAT!! The doors are beautiful, we love them and saved money by letting The Window Source take care of our needs. We definitely will be returning customers when we need them again. You owe it to yourself to let them give you an estimate!!

We couldn’t be happier with Window Source. Even though our job was small (two windows), they treated us like we were their most important client. The price was reasonable and the work was flawless. We are thrilled with our new windows. Window Source exceeded our expectations. Will definitely call on them the next time we replace windows.
