The UPS Store

Whenever I come here there is either no line or it moves so fast because the staff is so efficient! Rose was helping someone with finding something and helping me with my package. Giving me attention with a warm greeting and helping the other person locate an item in the store. She was so kind and helpful! I was in and out of the clean and organized location so fast! Love using this location on Commercial Street!

A very pleasant experience getting my finger prints taken for my new job. The lady who helped me was about 45 with blonde shoulder length hair and average build. She mentioned hurting her finger and getting arthritis in the joint after I mentioned my hands were somewhat sore when I was there from arthritis. She was gentle and kind and explained the process very well. I would give her a 10 for customer service!

The UPS store itself is fine. UPS takes care of all the business they need to take care of and doesn't really have any issues providing users what they need. The problem is the parking. The parking has been changed and all the spaces have been considerably reduced. Today, while sitting in my car, my vehicle was struck by another vehicle trying to park in these small spaces.
