Although it can sometimes be a long wait when it’s busy, there’s always that one employee that gives you the information you need and answers all the questions asked without getting an attitude. The first girl looked at me and didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. The guy who attended me did it as soon as the previous customer he was helping left. No hesitation and he was super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a fast and speedy experience once it was my turn.

Vanessa is an incredibly kind, patient and helpful UPS store manager. She and her team are always kind and polite and willing to help the most unprepared customers get their packages taken care of. Hats off to you!

Amazing pro staff! This has been my favorite UPS affiliated store for years. they are patient, kind and professional. They smile and remain calm even when their tiny little store is packed full of angry impatient customer's. Be kind to this staff they have to deal with the worst of the worst every single day and most definitely don't deserve any hate.
