THE Remodel Group

We hired T.H.E. Remodel Group for a 2nd floor bedroom addition. They raised the roof, cantilevered the house out 5 feet and finished the attic/storage room space. From the beginning, Steve exuded transparency and trust and worked with us to get us a competitive quote within our budget. The project got started in the beginning of February and took less than 2 months to complete, which is what they quoted. They met timelines despite one snow storm and several other rainy/snowy/subfreezing temperature days! Their project manager, Michael, is phenomenal and made sure things, like the roof, got done ahead of weather events even if it meant working on the weekend! Everything from the quality of the craftmanship to the professionalism of the contractors, to their back-office process was top-notch. We also want to acknowledge their back-office staff, Angie and Dayna, for their responsiveness with the invoicing, project updates, and any time we had a question. We couldn't be happier with the end-result. Steve really runs a professional, well-oiled machine. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

The Remodel Group just finished a remodel on my kitchen, master bath, and hall bath. Start to finish, everything was AMAZING. First they responded to my web inquiry very quickly, which is rare in itself. They were clear on costs, worked with my budget, listened to my ideas and brought their own, and clearly communicated when my choices would be above or below budget. Steve came out originally, walked through the house and talked me through everything. Rachel helped with the many design decisions, ensuring I got just the look I wanted. Michael, the construction manager, checked in regularly to make sure everything was on track. Denise and Mikey came in to help when needed. And Erich was here every day - early to late - working hard and smart to make my vision come true. It's not easy to have your life in upheaval for a month, but this group made it a pleasure, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Communication couldn't have been better throughout. We finished on time and on budget. I'd definitely call them again and I’ve been recommending them to everyone.

I found the remodel group at a home improvement show in Portland. I talked with three remodel companies before I choose Remodel Group. I appreciated Steve taking the time to explain the complete process of the project and the reality of the time frames necessary. Everything went just as planed and there were no surprises. The project was a kitchen remodel in an older condo building. Steve and the crew were understanding and respectful of the various requirements of the condo association. Sasha, part of the team was very helpful and understood my desire to get the best but not wanting to put a million dollar kitchen into a small condo remodel. The result is a very sophisticated look and functional kitchen. They were neat on time and under budget could not ask for more. I have a couple of other small projects that I will definitely contact Remodel Group to do for me.
