Physical Therapy For My Shoulder

I came to Jon seeking relief for a stubborn frozen shoulder. He listened to the problems that I was having, and put together a plan to help my shoulder regain full motion with less pain. He also gave me exercises that I could do from home. I'm happy to say that the physical therapy that I received has helped tremendously and I have full motion of my shoulder again and it is pain free. Thank you Jon and team for such great work.
