We signed up to have them come out quarterly to service our property for ants, spiders etc. December was are initial visit. We were extremely impressed by Terran's professionalism and attention to detail. We don't have a big problem with ants but my sister uses them and I was jealous because she doesn't have ants and we do. Now we won't either. Plus if we have any insect activity in the home we can just call them and they'll come take care of it. Gives us peace of mind. Plus it is safe for our dog.

I am always pleased when I use this company. They’ve been coming out nearly a year now. Most times they have kept the rodents from returning but as rodents do, they show back up every once in again. I don’t panic any longer when they do because I know they will be taken care of properly. And they always are. I’m very pleased to work with these people.

We have them come out once every three or four months. That is the plan we signed up with. If we have any issues between times, we just call them up and they come and take care of it right away. They are always professional, helpful and courteous and the people who come out to do the spraying are always very friendly and answer any questions we might have. We live on a farm and we have never experienced any problems with bugs or mice or anything pest related since we have started using their service. I think they had to come out once when I saw some big black ants this summer. They came out and I have not seen any ants since then. I highly recommend them.
