The Ideal Weigh - Mt Juliet

Since my retirement 8 yrs ago I have been unsuccessful in losing the 39 lbs that I gained. I’ve had personal trainers, and they were all good at keeping me working out, but I still wasn’t able to lose weight. A former co-worker had outstanding results by following The Ideal Protein Plan. So, I decided to contact them inquiring about their program. Thanks to The Ideal Protein of Mt Juliet, I have lost 21 lbs, so far. Kristen is wonderful. She is encouraging and understand real life situations and helps you deal with them while sticking to the plan. The Program is very easy to follow and something that I can still follow once I am on maintenance.

The Ideal Weigh - Mt. Juliet is an answered prayer. I've been struggling with my weight for years. Kristen has been so supportive from my initial information session to today. She makes you feel like she believess and care about each of us in the program. She is so generous and always encourages me to keep pushing toward my goal. I have struggled with losing weight most of my life. I tried many different diets with little or no success. I attended an information night at The Ideal Weigh in Mt. Juliet, and was so impressed with the program. Kristen was very knowledgeable and professional and kindly answered all of my questions!! However, the support continues even as you work to maintain the new weight!! Both Kristen and Crystal provide the tools, the encouragement, and the support needed to be successful. I live nearly an hour and a half away and gladly drive to the clinic because of the amazing program and coaching they offer. They are also accommodating with scheduling and mailing products to you if needed. The Ideal Weigh and the Ideal Protein protocol are life changing. I cannot express my gratitude to Kristen and Crystal enough for helping me to be healthy and increase my life expectancy!!
