My husband and I have been going to this place for a while now and it used to be really good. Lately, almost every time I go they mess up my drink. They leave out a syrup request or give me to r completely wrong drink. Every time! I’ve gotten a white mocha a few times, and it tastes like watered down coffee with no flavor at all. It’s so frustrating when you pay money and look forward to something and they can’t deliver. Definitely gonna go to the HB on west 7th from now on. I am updating my review by one more star because the manager of this location reached out to me and really took the time to listen, and make it right. She not only refunded my incorrect most recent order in full, but she sent me coupons for free drinks. I am really impressed with how she went out of her way to take care of a customer. Will definitely be going back here again. Thank you!

Quick stop for a cuppa— never waited here for more than 3 minutes. And now with some brekkie options.

Their coffee is great and their staff is awesome. Love coming here when the craving strikes.
