Their baked goods? Immaculate. Their bagel sandwiches? Perfection. Their coffees and teas? Heaven. The ambience? Chef’s kiss. I will always love Gov Cup. The people who own it are good people who stand up for their employees and for good causes within the community.

Quirky & fun, great coffee, good service, quintessential Oregon. they have outdoor seating with heaters (12/2020) I first went here to experience some Oregon quirk and charm when visiting and was not disappointed. I was sitting here when I received a job offer to move to Salem, I return often for the sentimental value
