Dr. Patel recommended cataract surgery for both eyes. The surgeon was one block from his office on May Ave., and Dr. Patel provided the forms to make appointments and, after surgery of each eye, he provided the care and testing to insure everything was healing well. My eyesight has improved immensely. I am a senior citizen and was surprised how bright colors now appear plus my night vision is improved. Office staff are extremely courteous and friendly.
I started going here after my previous eye doctor (that I’ve been seeing for almost a decade) sold his practice. Dr. Patel was kind, patient, and explained well. What meant a lot to me was that I brought my 3 year old along so she could see what to anticipate for her upcoming eye doctor appointment with another provider. She was very anxious about her appointment so we figured it might make her feel better if she knew what to expect. He was so kind and supportive of her learning and observing. I anticipated just letting her watch but he showed her what it would actually be like and explained everything to her. She was so excited for her own appointment. As a momma, that means so much to me. Grace, the receptionist, was also super kind and patient with me. Definitely a great experience all around. Thank you so much!
