We stopped by the Easy Otter on our way through Salem in search of brunch. Great Google ratings brought us in, and we did not regret it.
The staff was extra nice, and it just got better from there. I cannot help myself when it comes to chicken and waffles, and Ned's Five Alarm with Nashville hot juicy thighs and a crispy waffle is simply ridiculous. On the sweet side, we loved the Good God, Lemon! beignets. A perfect sweet and savory southern comfort brunch. Don't miss it.
My friends and I visited The Easy Otter for the first time last night, and we had a great experience. The food was not only delicious, but the decor was incredibly CUTE!! My chicken sandwich was outstanding, and we made a great choice with the fried pickles as an appetizer—everyone at the table loved them.
I also have to mention the staff's excellent taste in music; it made me so happy to listen to punk and ska throughout our meal . I loved the skanking rude girl and rude boy otters on the menu board :) I highly recommend this place to my friends and family, and I will definitely be back!
I wanted to try the beignets but I was far too full so I’ll make sure to save room in my stomach for our next visit.
