My wife and I had a nice woven wood shade in our vacation home that had a broken string on the pull. Very economical to have Jeff replace the string as opposed to replacing the shade. Nice to have the option of dropping off and picking up the shade at Jeff's place. Prompt service and in our case the drop off/pickup aspect was more convenient than scheduling an appointment as our vacation home is out of town. Many local home improvement stores cut corners in having inexperienced workers install their blinds/shades. I'd recommend arranging for your own install with Jeff who really knows the installation business and will get it right the first time.
