The Brisket Shoppe

Listen to me, as a native Texan with a strong love for barbeque, The Brisket Shoppe ticks all the boxes. I have been to several in the Tampa area, and this great place outshines them all. The brisket has great seasoning and was properly smoked, which leads to great taste. Oh, and try the hamburger! Wow, the flavor was phenomenal. You can tell that the ownership cares about the customer with their service and quality offerings. Again, run, don't walk to this great restaurant.

Finally checked out The Brisket Shoppe and it exceeds the hype! Duck Confit stole the show! Crispy skin topped with a delicious cherry glaze, super moist and flavorful inside. Brisket was superb as was the Texas Hot Links sausage. Hands down, the BEST BBQ in Tampa Bay!

If barbecue was a religion, this would be the Tampa cathedral. Incredible food, made daily from scratch by people who know what craftsmanship is. This place is a must-visit for those appreciate quality, customer service, and flavor.
