Formerly 'Buzzard Billie's' and now significantly more 'upscale' while keeping quite a bit of the original menu items. The food was very good and Rodrick, our server, was exceptional. We will visit again soon!

The Brazos Landing is a taste of New Orleans right here in Waco,Texas! I ordered the Crab Louie and it was not only delicious,but also the best I have ever had. It had huge chunks of crab and tons of fresh veggies. And the sauce was perfection! However, the piece de resistance was the table side Bananas Foster for dessert. OMG Not only was it fun to watch it being prepared, but combined with the cinnamon ice cream it was amazing. We highly recommend and will be back!
Great upscale restaurant in a lovely location with a view of the river and the bridge! Even though we didn’t have a reservation we were seated right away, service was promos and professional. Food was very flavorful! Great choices! We shared a few dishes and enjoyed them all! Don’t skip dessert!
