The Beem Team LLC, eXp Realty

Ricky, is an excellent realtor he made the process of selling our home easy. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he would always call back or text back right away. Ricky always talked about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really looked out for us and had our best interests in mind throughout this whole process. Ricky has great knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call him again to help us sale or purchase a home .

I had a great experience working with the Beem Team, and specifically my broker Dan Herbst. This was my first commercial purchase and the process was definitely more involved than the typical home purchase. Everything was handled professionally and all questions I had were answered as quick as possible. My broker Dan was always a step ahead & prepared, which I greatly appreciated. Dan took a lot of the stress out of this purchase which I appreciated!

Ricky was our agent. He was amazing! All of the Beem Team exceeded our expectations. With how fast places go , we really didn't want to miss this gem of a house. Ricky worked his WHOLE family vacation with us! He made sure Halsey (she was fantastic as well!) could be there for us to show us the house. He was very responsive and made sure to address any questions, comments, or concerns. If you need a fast, easy going and reliable agent, Ricky is the realtor for you!
