The Beacon Home Group

Moving to a new state is not easy, but Ryan Erpelding with The Beacon Home Group made the transition as seamless as possible for us. He not only helped us get appraisal price for our CA home, he also helped us find our dream home in AZ. He really listened and cared and found the perfect community for our family in an area that fits all our needs. I would 100% recommend him to all our friends and family who are thinking about relocating, selling, or buying.

Buying a house can be a stressful and frustrating experience but the moment we met with Katie Franco she immediately impressed us. She was professional and an outstanding communicator from the start. Katie made our home buying experience easy. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is in the market for a new home.
