The Avenue

Living at The Avenue has been an incredibly positive experience. The maintenance team has consistently done a stellar job, particularly with the air conditioning and bathroom refurbishments. Their prompt and efficient service has made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. I highly recommend The Avenue for anyone looking for a well-maintained and pleasant living environment.

These apartments are so nice Newly renovated and light and airy. The office staff is really friendly and maintenance works are professional and friendly. Love living here.

We’ve been here for a few months now and honestly it’s been an amazing experience. We got one of the newly renovated apartments and they are an upgrade from what they used to be. The ladies at the office are extremely nice and have answered any questions or concerns we’ve had with no issues. The maintenance guys we’ve had come were especially helpful and nice. There is one guy in particular I haven’t learned his name but he’s always the one that comes. We really like it here.
