The 3rd is my happy place! I finally found a community of like minded, women of color business owners who know what I'm going through because they've been there too. No need to have that awkward conversation trying to "explain". My business has grown tremendously since joining. There's networking, mentorships, workshops...and the co-working space is fabulous. Best decision I EVER made!

We needed this place so much and so long. A real world-class coffee bar. Blows Starbies out of the water. Baristas are genuinely good people. Coffee tastes like real coffee not the kind you have to disguise the flavor with sugar and cream. You can drink it black with no regrets.

The 3rd is an eclectic and visionary space for Women of Color-owned businesses and entrepreneurs. It’s at Wincopin Circle on the Columbia lakefront. What a breath of fresh air. The space is airy and bright and serene. The coffees and baked goods are a welcome addition. There’s a fireplace, many tables, comfortable chairs all spaced well for meetings, meet ups, and individual work. The space is welcoming and full of energy. And a wonderful place to meet a friend for coffee.
