5-Star Review of Texas Star Tire & Auto Repair

These guys are great! Needed tire replacement, but tires weren’t in stock. My new ones were delivered in twenty minutes. Yes, 20 minutes! The job was complete in about an hour. And the price couldn’t be beat. I was so satisfied I came today for an oil and filter change and had new wipers installed. Again, very reasonable prices. Go for the service, stay for the conversation! Thanks, Shane and crew.

We called everywhere and had an appointment with a tire store chain and brought our car to them they can’t get to it later this evening. We called this place after going through the tire and brake places in Google. A pad fell off my truck yesterday. Texas Star fit us in first of the line because we were coming from out of town and were stuck. Great customer service and best prices. These guys are great and straight up not trying to sell us something we don’t need.

My daughter recently had a tie rod repair for her 2006 Honda Accord. The staff at Texas Star Auto diagnosed the problem and informed her before any work was done. The repair was fixed in the time frame she was provided. Her car is running smooth and better than ever. We will be return customers. Thank you to the mechanic that worked on her car:)

The work was done on my truck in a timely manner, everything was put back together. Nice and clean truck runs real good. I recommend you go to Texas Star auto on west Waco drive next to Dairy Queen. for any auto repairs, oil changes and tire rotations.

Oh, I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone. Like… enthusiastically. Possibly with a baked good and a firm handshake. Every time I’ve been in, it’s been exceptional. Not “oh that was fine,” but exceptional-exceptional. Raevyn Owens, the store manager, really leads from the front. You can tell she genuinely wants to do right by the customer — not in a corporate-slogan way, but in a real, human way. And here’s the best part: her team mirrors it. Same energy. Same care. Same “we’ve got you” vibe. That kind of culture doesn’t happen by accident. That’s leadership.
