Not “oh that was fine,” but exceptional-exceptional. Raevyn Owens, the store manager, really leads from the front. You can tell she genuinely wants to do right by the customer — not in a corporate-slogan way, but in a real, human way. And here’s the best part: her team mirrors it. Same energy. Same care.
