Thank you to Terry and his team for helping us secure our dream home! His team over communicated, kept us in the loop and help navigated a complex transaction and purchase. They were professional, timely, and helped us get the best deal we could. When it comes to Luxury real estate in Oregon, Terry is who to trust.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Terry Sprague is an absolute badass at what he does. He got an offer on our home within the first week of listing it, and from beginning to end, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Terry is extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in his clients. His entire team was equally attentive and readily available whenever we needed them. It is so obvious that Terry doesn’t simply “do” real estate — he lives it. He knows the market, understands the process inside and out. It’s so obvious he loves his job. What meant even more to us, though, was how much he understood the emotional side of selling our home. This was a beloved home for my husband and I , and letting it go was much harder than we expected. Terry didn’t just help us navigate the transaction — he helped us navigate that part of it too, with patience, kindness, and a lot of humanity. I had never met Terry before we hired him, but by the end of the process I genuinely adored him and hope we stay friends. I would recommend Terry without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home. He is exceptional at his job and, just as importantly, an exceptional person.
I’ve had the pleasure working with Terry for more than a decade and he is an exceptional luxury real estate professional. Terry combines his market expertise with an innovative approach to marketing that consistently sets him apart. His creativity, attention to detail, and ability to showcase properties in unique and compelling ways delivers tremendous value to all of his clients. One of the things I admire most about Terry is he always puts his clients needs first while making the process of selling a home as seamless as possible. He is deeply committed to his community and passionate about his family, qualities that shine through in both his personal and professional life. Terry’s integrity and dedication make him someone I would recommend without hesitation.
Terry and his team were great to work with. They helped negotiate the purchase of my new house and were very proactive and engaged throughout the process. They also sold my old house and communicated well and provided updates frequently. The team was always readily available, provided great customer service and clearly advocated on my behalf to get the best deal possible.
Terry represented my wife and I on selling our 85-year-old home in Lake Oswego. Very thorough from start to finish. No surprises. Excellent marketing with great media exposure of our home. His team is A+. Would highly recommend “Team Terry” to represent you any real estate transaction.
