⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Terry Sprague is an absolute badass at what he does. He got an offer on our home within the first week of listing it, and from beginning to end, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Terry is extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in his clients. His entire team was equally attentive and readily available whenever we needed them. It is so obvious that Terry doesn’t simply “do” real estate — he lives it. He knows the market, understands the process inside and out. It’s so obvious he loves his job. What meant even more to us, though, was how much he understood the emotional side of selling our home. This was a beloved home for my husband and I , and letting it go was much harder than we expected. Terry didn’t just help us navigate the transaction — he helped us navigate that part of it too, with patience, kindness, and a lot of humanity. I had never met Terry before we hired him, but by the end of the process I genuinely adored him and hope we stay friends. I would recommend Terry without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home. He is exceptional at his job and, just as importantly, an exceptional person.
