On September 27, 2023 I was rear-ended while stopped at a construction site. I attempted to call the other driver's insurance which he had provided. It was very confusing. The agent didn't appear to think he could help me. I talked to 3 people. Finally, one person said they were sure the person who they were transferring me to could help. The person was not available. I left a message, but realized I needed help. The truly wonderful Jennifer came to my rescue! She and another person literally stayed on the phone with me until they found a tow company so that I could get home. We are a one car family. They ordered a rental car, made sure the tow company could take the car and me. I knew from the first contact with Jennifer that her customer was sincere! Thank Jennifer and State Farm for this level of attention!

If there were a club for "Insurance for Dummies" I would be a charter member. I easily get confused with all the options that are available. Teresa and her staff have always been readily available and more than patient with all of my questions to make sure I understand what insurance I need and how it will benefit me.
