I have used this agent since 2011. They answer the phone by greeting me with my first name. They are always friendly and helpful. Even when someone else hit my car, they were quick to process the claim, and eventually make sure I had to pay nothing out of pocket despite the other person's insurance being terrible. They turned around

If there were a club for “Insurance for Dummies” I would be a charter member. I easily get confused with all the options that are available. Teresa and her staff have always been readily available and more than patient with all of my questions to make sure I understand what insurance I need and how it will benefit me. Thank you Teres
