Denied coverage and the agent didn't return my calls. Unprofessional treatment. Had to switch agents to get the policies I needed.
I have used this agent since 2011. They answer the phone by greeting me with my first name. They are always friendly and helpful. Even when someone else hit my car, they were quick to process the claim, and eventually make sure I had to pay nothing out of pocket despite the other person's insurance being terrible. They turned around
