We have been working with Katy for around two years now. Katy and Courtney have done a really good job for us. They are happy to help, always cheerful and very responsive to our needs. Thank you! Eric and Peggy

I had an exceptional experience working with Katy and her team during my first home purchase. They made the process significantly less intimidating, maintaining open and timely communication throughout. I was consistently informed about the progress and timeline, ensuring a smooth transaction. I highly recommend Katy and her team to family and friends seeking to purchase a home, confident in their expertise and dedication to client satisfaction.

Team Canales with Churchill Mortgage has been such an easy process! I was told so many things that I was really worried about the process of buying a home, but Katy and her team made it so effortless, Thank you!
