Taylor Made Real Estate - Xander Taylor

Xander grew up in the area and we wanted an agent who knew Eugene. We had lived in our home for 28 3/4 years and wanted a family who would continue to grow and love the property as much as we had. Xander is hard working, listened to our comments and came up with ideas that were creative, and reflected our goals. He was respectful of our privacy and always informed us of showings in a timely manner as well as accompanied repair people if we were unable to be home. We would highly recommend Xander to any buyer or seller. He was a lovely person to work with.

Xander was a wonderful realtor to work with throughout the process. I met him for the first time more than a year before I moved to Eugene. He referred me to a great realtor who helped me sell my condo in New Jersey and kept in touch regularly as I was getting ready to move to Oregon. He was open and available and had great suggestions as we started the process of looking, he kept on top of things and helped me stay on top of things, and he referred me to great local people for everything from my mortgage to the renovations we're going to end up doing. We are thrilled with the house we bought. I don't intend to sell it anytime soon, but if we ever buy again in Eugene, I will definitely be going back to Xander.

Xander was amazing throughout the buying process! He helped me buy a fixer and had all the inspections scheduled with the various inspectors needed, including contractors and other professionals to get their opinions on some quirky issues. He kept me on task with every milestone throughout the transaction, and was there to talk through any questions or concerns I had along the way. No matter the project, he remains my go-to when I need a contractor recommendation or simple explanation for how I can fix it myself. I highly recommend working with Xander!
