Used to love this tanning salon but ever since the change in ownership, the staff is operating like they have a stick up their butt. When I ask why they aren’t nearly as personable, they state the cameras and cite the new owners watching them frequently. They are rather pushy now on selling lotion as well which was never an issue. Not reliable! Frequently closed when their supposed to be open. During normal/posted operating hours. They are often closed when it says online they are open. Do not drive there unless you call first. Also closed on many minor holidays like for example on Labor Day.
This is now the third time in 2 weeks I’ve come during business hours to find the salon closed early. Not even an update on their Facebook or anywhere indicating it’ll be closed. It’s annoying to drive there for no reason. I’ve had a membership here a really long time but lately it seems to have gone downhill on reliability. Especial
I have been a member for quite some time now and hate to say the overall quality of service has exponentially gone downhill recently. Invest in more platinum beds, the ones they have are constantly broken or have several bulbs out at once. Also, if you can’t guarantee stock of a product I would not recommend making it the advertised
The girl who helped me I believe her name was Tia, she was very helpful and she did a great job. She made buying tans and products a very comfortable experience. I didn't feel judgment or pushed to get buy stuff I didn't want.
I did the basic (gold bed) 1 month package to get a base tan before vacationing abroad. Staff was always friendly and rooms always clean. The place could use some touch up paint and building maintenance but I got what I came for.

When we went in to sign up for services the girl told us that the cost included tanning, teeth whitening, and red light therapy. Then proceeded to tan. When I went back and wanted to do teeth whitening and red light I was told it wasn’t included in my package. The girl (different than the first one) said she would contact the manager
The staff there is extremely Pleasant and nice. I get a good spray tan and regular tan with these people. I've gone to other tanning salons throughout my years, but this is the one I'm sticking with
New in town and decided on this salon to get my UV fix. So far it's wonderful, all the girls are really helpful and nice. I'm in love with the red light therapy bed they have there because I have acne prone skin and scarring from when I was a teen with REALLY bad acne so this is supposed to help with all that and I really feel like

This is my favorite place to tan! It's is my third time coming back to get my tan for summer. I regularly use the red light therapy beds and tan multiple levels. The management here is amazing. I enjoyed the services at Tan Republic to get a great glow before going on a winter trip to Puerto Vallarta and when summer hit, I cancelled my membership. There were a few glitches in canceling that membership, but the management contacted me immediately and resolved my issues. I will be back for n
