The customer service is usually on point but I have to say, it is really annoying to have paid $300 for the gold membership and have to deal with a twenty minute wait or having to downgrade every time I come in. It is ridiculous not to allow people to make appointments because we have to hope we won't have to wait, downgrade or come

Horrible and uneven spray tan. Done by machine and I think I could have done it better blind folded. My right arm is 3 shades darker than my left, the bottom of my feet are dark dark brown, and my feet are patchy. Worst spray tan I could have ever imagined.
