The customer service is usually on point but I have to say, it is really annoying to have paid $300 for the gold membership and have to deal with a twenty minute wait or having to downgrade every time I come in. I’ve been going to Tan Republic for a while now and I absolutely love the experience. The girls at the front desk are all so sweet and helpful. The results from the beds are noticeable and are a boost of confidence. Would definitely recommend.
