TAC Real Estate Services, LLC

My experience with Teddi from the very beginning was a very nice experience. She came to my house and went over every detail with me one by one so I would be sure to understand. Being 75 years old of age i rely on people taking good care of me. I have used larger real estate companies in the past but this was an excellent experience I will never forget. She was very professional but still very down to earth and friendly, I always felt comfortable around her.I never felt pressured or at a loss for what to do. She took care of everything, I didn’t have to worry about anything being done because she was a go-getter. Thank you Teddi For all your help in selling my house, it was a joy working with you and so nice to have sold my house so I could go on with my life.

Quick,͏ easy and hassle free Teddi͏ was able to find a buyer before the house even went on the market! Her professionalism and knowledge were exactly what I needed to navigate getting my house sold quickly and for the best price possible. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Teddi Clanton is amazing! We are so impressed with her speed and professionalism. Section 8 can be scary, it was for me anyway, and she made it effortless! She got all the paperwork filled out and returned to housing authority so fast. She is a Rockstar! Can't wait for this new chapter in my life and Teddi helped make it all possible. Thank you Teddi!
