As a Sprint customer for a great number of years it was/is difficult to convert to T-Mobile however I’ve never been disappointed with their customer service, which is very important to me. This visit was pleasant and I love that when I’m being helped I’m never rushed through. Their attention is on me and my needs even though there are other customers eager for their attention.
