Michael and I are very happy with the home caregivers ; Jessica and Destiny. Bothe girls are very caring, efficient and extremely helpful. Jessica came to our rescue during the recent snow storm. She lives in Kaiser and, during the worst of the storm drove to Salem to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription that Michael badly needed. She then drove on the snowy, icy freeway, at 5 miles an hour to get the medicine to us. Michael and I are very impressed with her actions. She gives more than is required, is pleasant and very professional. We are lucky to have her Destiny has not had the opportunity to perform under dire circumstances but her behavior has been every bit as exemplary. Her demeanor has been professional, caring and friendly. We have no doubt she would perform equally well under adverse circumstances. I would like to thank Jennifer for her willingness to help me in a number of difficult situations. She has been kind, patient, informative and very supportive in a difficult situation. I will be very happy to recommend Synergy to anyone who needs excellent home health care...and especially these three ladies.

When I needed in home care Jennifer and the team at Synergy were there for us. Jennifer did a thorough interview which helped determine the services needed . I was able to meet with the providers who would be in the home before service began. The process was detailed and at the same time everything was clearly explained. If you ever need in home care I highly recommend this company. You will have your expectations exceeded!
