Josepha took initiative and that is what I liked about her. Very thorough with her work and clean person. Denise was the same and went above and beyond.. found things to do. I did not need to ask them to do anything. They did it all themselves. Office staff is great. The other agency I had was hard to reach. You guys are really cool and quick to take a callNot used to that.
