Suzanne is wonderful to work with. She represented us as home buyers and we had the best experience with her as our real estate professional. Suzanne communicates thoroughly and professionally from the first interaction to the close of the transaction. She promptly responds to texts and emails, and her weekly communication of updates are very valuable. Suzanne works hard for her clients and does an outstanding job. We highly recommend Suzanne!
Suzanne Scott at Soldera Properties helped sell our family home outside of Portland. Suzanne helped prep the home to ensure maximum value and was transparent through the process. She brought multiple offers through the process and the property was off the market in two weeks. Suzanne worked well with my family and her positive relationships with appraisers and other staff was evident. Highly recommend for your next house purchase or sale.
