Suzanne Scott at Soldera Properties helped sell our family home outside of Portland. Suzanne helped prep the home to ensure maximum value and was transparent through the process. She brought multiple offers through the process and the property was off the market in two weeks. Suzanne worked well with my family and her positive relationships with appraisers and other staff was evident. Highly recommend for your next house purchase or sale.
We had such a wonderful experience working with Suzanne Scott to sell our home. From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, and truly invested in helping us achieve the best outcome. She made the entire process feel seamless — communicating clearly every step of the way, offering thoughtful guidance, and always being available to answer questions or talk things through. Her knowledge of the market and her strategic approach gave us confidence and resulted in a great sale. Beyond her expertise, she was simply a joy to work with. We’re so grateful for her support and would highly recommend Suzanne to anyone looking to buy or sell.
