I am writing to share my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Summit following a recent water loss at my home. What I initially believed to be a roof leak turned out to be a burst line in my water heater that was spraying water into the roof.
Justin and Daniel were instrumental in ensuring my insurance claim was approved. When my insurance company initially attempted to deny the claim by citing "long-term damage," Justin and Daniel met with multiple adjusters to advocate on my behalf. Their expertise was crucial in proving that this was not a long-term loss. They also maintained consistent communication with my agent throughout the entire process, which provided me with great peace of mind.
Because of the significant damage caused by the hot water, your team even assisted in securing temporary housing for me during the drying and repair phases. The restoration work, particularly in my bathroom, far exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the opportunity to contribute my own funds to include upgrades in the master bedroom during the process.
The final outcome is wonderful, and it feels as though I have moved into a brand new home. Thank your team for their professionalism and dedication.
I cannot say enough about my emergency response mitigation team! My washer broke and flooded my laundry room and heating ducts. They got the call around 4:15am and Bryan, Devin, and Terri arrived with a couple hours of me calling, fully equipped and ready to go. They dove right in assessing damages, pulling wet flooring, insulation, moving appliances, etc. and setting up drying equipment. These guys are really good at what they do. It’s a lot of hard work especially pulling all the wet insulation out from under the house. I can’t praise these three enough.
Then Wade showed up a few hours later to evaluate the progress and update me on the process. He had already been in contact with my field adjuster which was amazing and impressive. He answered all my questions and met with my Agent why he was here as well.
What started out being a very stressful morning ended up being ok because I know I’m in good hands with this crew and things are going to get handled the right way.
Wanted to add an update. I continued to use Summit for repairs and rebuild. And again I can’t say enough good stuff about this staff. Mike was my project manager, total rock star, and Kelsey the assistant manager an absolute sweetheart. They helped get my home back together seamlessly and more beautiful than I imagined! Shout out to Justin as well for his contribution on the final touches.
Pack out / pack in crews led by Mary Lou, great communicator, took great care in moving everything in and out of the pod. Went above and beyond I feel. I unfortunately didn’t get all their names but great team work, safe workers and they really cared about getting the house set up correctly.
Other than my insurance company being difficult, this could not have gone any better. Thank you Wade for continuing to help me fight the I insurance company to get this all settled.
