Studio Synergy

I’ve been going to class here for a few months now and I am in LOVE! The classes are fun, yet challenging (for me at my fitness level). Daniella has really created a place where you can go to unwind and get back in touch with your sensual/feminine side.

After having a friend suggest it I decided to try it out and it’s absolutely the best decision I’ve made for myself! I love these classes and learning a new way to move my body from the instructors, Daniella and Kimi. Hopefully more class times get added as they gain popularity! You won’t regret trying this out.

Danielle, Lorray, and Kimi are such awesome teachers!! They each bring their own unique teaching styles and I benefit from their expertise more and more each class! I learn so much in such a short amount of time with them.. And their soooo graceful on the pole with their smooth and eloquent transitions, it's truly a sight to see!! 10/10. . . Highly recommend!!!
