The best for those on a budget. Storing my RV here everytime I leave the country for a long period of time. Very few - two - disadvantages (to be taken out of the way first): - 'Under the sky' uncovered storage - obviously expected - probably cannot be any different for this price range. - The spots are not paved and also not all are leveled - there might be some associated challenges, which should be taken into account, in advance, reserving some time for troubleshooting them if needed (better to avoid booking your spot for the same day of your flight!) - again, there are obviously higher level facilities but maybe not for this price. Advantages are plenty (included): - 24x7 ELECTRONIC GATE ACCESS - unlimited in and out to get one's RV ready for storage, and oneself ready for the trip ahead, at one's own convenient timing. - PAVED WORK STATION WITH WATER, ELECTRIC AND AIR COMPRESSOR - great for inflating tires 20% extra, as recommended before prolonged storage (to minimize the possibility of a permanent flat spot forming on the tires and to compensate in advance for natural deflating over time), and for deflating back to recommended driving levels as well as cleaning it before leaving. - DUMP STATION - EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT! Drew does an amazing job at managing this place and working with customers - communication is smooth and super-pleasant, and he is very helpful, whatever arises. Thank you! Highly recommended (unless money is not an issue for you and you can pay as much as needed for a paved and leveled covered storage facility)!
